Who We Are

The Fifty 50 Club is an Obuasi based charitable non-profit association made up of employees of AngloGold Ashanti and its subsidiaries, as well as employees of other corporate organizations across the country and abroad.

The club was formed to support groups and individuals in the areas of health, education and socio-economic empowerment and wellbeing of residents in communities in and around Obuasi and extend to other parts of the country. Members of the club make a minimum monthly contribution of Fifty Ghana Cedis (GHS 50.00 or US $8.50) in support of the Club’s objectives.

The Club aims at carrying out charitable initiatives while contributing to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
